Here’s how much each player made

In a field full of golf’s biggest stars, 26-year-old Jacob Bridgeman was on his own this week at the Genesis Invitational.
The Clemson product tore through Riviera Country Club in the first three days and held on Sunday to beat Rory McIlroy and Kurt Kitayama in one to earn his first PGA Tour victory.
Bridgeman came into Sunday with a six-shot lead over McIlroy. Although the gap was large, Bridgeman knew he could not stumble in the final round and open the door for McIlroy. Playing conservative wasn’t going to cut it. He had to stay aggressive and keep the pedal down to keep the big player at bay.
“I think maybe the only thing I know is he’s going to play well tomorrow. I know I’m not going to be able to support him at all,” Bridgeman said Saturday.
“I think the way I was playing was aggressive and it was working. I don’t know that I would change anything. And if that aggression gets me in a little trouble, that’s fine. Maybe there will be a balance and the good ones will come out. I don’t think anything will change. Hopefully I can go out and shoot again.”
Bridgeman opened with a birdie at the first and then putted another on No. 3 to extend his lead to seven. He made an even turn in the round and moved into tenth place with a five-shot lead over Kurt Kitayama and a six-shot lead over McIlroy, Adam Scott and Aldrich Potgieter.
Bridgeman said this week was “nice and easy,” but the golf gods don’t make it that easy. As he made his way through the back 9, Kitayama made a fiery charge to close the gap on one of the two holes he had to play. Bridgeman birdied the par-5 17th and reached the 72nd hole needing to make four to defend the title and avoid a playoff.
He split the fairway, hit his approach 19 feet and two-putted to lift the trophy at the Tiger Woods Championship and take home the $4 million check that went along with it.
Below is a breakdown of what everyone in the field accomplished this week in Southern California. The tournament has a prize fund of $20 million and $4 million goes to the winner.
