Man Utd officials have prioritized a move for Nathaniel Brown after a scouting campaign

Manchester United will go head-to-head with Real Madrid in the race to sign the Bundesliga star after completing their personal checks.

It’s a big summer for the Red Devils and one to be optimistic about after Michael Carrick’s revival. The interim manager has found the pieces of chaos that Ruben Amorim left behind for a team that will finish third in the Premier League.
It remains to be seen whether it will be enough to secure a permanent gig at Old Trafford, but Carrick has certainly not damaged his reputation in recent months.

One defeat in 10 games is doable given the side’s success under the interim manager, but Man United could still look elsewhere for a manager.
On the other hand, it could be a busy summer. INEOS has already transformed the Man United stadium last summer, bringing in Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbuemo and Benjamin Sesko, all of whom have been successful.
Now, they are ready to pay attention to the rest of the team. In midfield, for example, reports say Sandro Tonali is leading the way.
Although the rumors that the Italian player has a special clause to leave the club have been shut down, it is likely to intensify when the summer transfer window opens.
Away from the pitch, the Red Devils are also looking for defensive improvements. To that end, Man United are prioritizing a deal to sign Nathaniel Brown from Entracht Frankfurt ahead of Real Madrid, according to reports in Germany.
Man Utd want Brown to replace Luke Shaw
Even with his extensive injury history, Luke Shaw has been one of the longest serving players at Man United over the past 10 years. The left back, even as a manager, has always been a factor.

Manchester United have agreed a deal to sign their next midfield sensation.
However, at 30, those at Old Trafford would be wise to welcome Brown’s long-term successor this summer, after completing a trial run.
The Frankfurt man has been in excellent form in Germany and has done enough to become a wanted man across Europe for a fee of €55m (£48m).

It’s easy to see why Man United have identified Brown as Shaw’s long-term replacement. His numbers have been remarkably similar to England’s this season, albeit with better attacking players.
Dubbed “exciting” by Como scout Ben Mattinson, Brown has his work cut out for him this summer if Real Madrid, Man United and others come calling.
