How to watch the Valero Texas Open on Thursday
Players’ last chance to enter the 2026 Masters begins Thursday morning at TPC San Antonio. Those PGA Tour pros in the field who don’t qualify for the top score at Augusta National have one way to get there. The winner of this week’s Valero Texas Open automatically earns a spot in the Masers field.
That’s especially important for veteran Masters stars in the field like Rickie Fowler. Despite his strong start to the season (39th place in the FedEx Cup standings), he is not in the OWGR top 50, and has not won a tour event since 2023.
Fowler needs to change that this week if he wants to play the first season of the year. And his campaign begins Thursday morning at 9:06 am ET.
