Traditionally, portable power stations have been purely functional, with very little attention paid to appearance. But Jackery has realized that power stations can also look good and be fun to have around the house. Example: the minimalist Jackery FridgeGuard. The brand recently introduced an updated HomePower lineup, and there’s one model that looks up to the job. On top of this, it is also for sale.

Jackery recently released 3 HomePower portable power stations

As of July 14th, the Jackery HomePower 1000 v2 in white is on sale for $579, marked down from the regular price of $879. That works out to a 34% discount and a savings of $300. If you don’t mind the white color too much, the black one is also on sale for $300 off, making it $549.

What’s to love about the new HomePower system from Jackery

The latest lineup from Jackery brings three updated models to the HomePower line of portable power stations. All are designed for home use when the power goes out or you need to bring power to a garage or shed.

The smallest model is the HomePower 1000 v2 with 1,024Wh power and 1,500W output. Surge protection in the new model is up to 3,000W. Plus, it has a 10 millisecond UPS, so you can be sure that your desktop station or CPAP machine will continue to receive power without interruption.

Jackery equipped the station with three AC ports, two USB-C (one 100W, one 30W), and one USB-A port. There is also a built-in light which makes carrying the station around the house while the power is off very easy.

A good model that is easy to handle

Jackery is well known as one of the top portable power station brands. I’ve been testing this model for a few weeks now, and I’m always impressed with how lightweight it feels. It weighs just over 23 pounds, so it’s always a pleasant surprise when I lift it without feeling like I’m in the gym.

Although it has nothing to do with work, I love the color white. Jackery’s typical color palate is dark with orange tones. I’m not mad about that, but I appreciate Jackery made this HomePower model with a white option. It blends better with most homes and gives you a vibe of beauty compared to black. I still enjoy the regular black and orange Jackery I used while camping because it won’t show dirt.

Quiet operation and fast recharging

In addition to the features that make it fun to use at home, we have a very quiet operation. Jackery says this model operates under 30 decibels. When I was testing, I didn’t realize it went beyond this. In fact, I often forget it’s sitting next to my bed turning on my bedside lamp while I recharge my phone and earbuds.

The Jackery HomePower 1000 v2 is also fast when charging. Jackery says it will be fully charged in 50 minutes, and I didn’t notice anything different while testing.

Since its stats make it well equipped for home use during power outages and the white option makes it look attractive, upgrade to the Jackery HomePower 1000 v2. You’ll save $300 by shopping today, and you’ll be ready for the next power outage.
